At our Imagination Station this week we had a visit from Sarah Matthews of Dolphin Zone. Sarah shared her story of how she got into conservation and we loved hearing her enthusiasm and knowledge. The highlight for many of the children though was going out onto the lawn and split into two teams for a mass game of dolphins and fish, with the ‘fish’ being rounded up and eaten by the ‘dolphins’ – in some cases very enthusiastically!
After Sarah’s brilliant session we had a group brainstorm with some ideas for the Library, which we are hoping to turn into an environmental hub for young people. We filled a whiteboard with some great ideas very quickly so thank you to everyone for being so amazing and imaginative, it was exactly what we needed!
